CUPLOCK SYSTEM
Cuplock System is one of the most efficient supporting system. This system is compatible to Cuplock System & offers the same function. It provides simplicity & versatility with simple erection & dismantling procedures. It is also used for various applications like construction, ship building, maintenance, offshore, etc.
STANDARDS/VERTICALS
Verticals are also known as Standards, made from highest quality steel tubes with a set of top & bottom cups arranged at a distance of 500mm. The forged blade ends of the Horizontal (Ledgers) are placed into the bottom cup & the top cup is moved down and rotated to secure the components in place, and tightened by a hammer blow. Verticals are available in different lengths from O.5 mtr. to 3.0mtr. Verticals are connected by spigots or sockets.
LEDGERS/HORIZONTALS
Horizontals are also known as Ledgers and they are fitted to the Vertical to make a proper Scaffold. They are available in different lengths as per the customers’ requirement. Horizontal Length is calculated between centre to centre of two Verticals.
INTERMEDIATE TRANSOM
It gives additional support to the structure by fitting them at different levels horizontally from one ledger to another. Sizes available are same as of the Ledgers. They enhance the load bearing capacity of the system.
HORIZONTAL OMEGA TRANSOM
Are used in place of ledger & provide a firm location for timber or Steel Planks to fit in scaffold at different levels to make walkway / working platform. By using this, use for clams or any other fastening device is avoided.
CANTILEVER FRAME
Scaffolding Cantilever frame system support the formwork beyond the external periphery of the slab. These cantilever frames have blade ends for locating in the cup joint and accept adjustable jacks in three positions of 1.2m, 1.25m and 1.3m. Moreover, these are engineered to support normal access loads and stop-end forms.
BEAM BRACKET
Beam Brackets are used to support internal down-stand beam. The use of beam brackets with Jacks accepting beam spanning from one bracket to another can avoid the need of ground based support, Thus saving all the other components that would normally be needed below the drop beam.
SPIGOT NUT AND BOLT
A spigot is designed for providing a positive connection between two Standards when placed end to end. The loose spigot pi is 300mm long and projects 150mm beyond the end of Standard. A spigot is bolted to the lower and upper Standards.
HOP-UP BRACKETS
It gives additional support to the structure by fitting them at different levels horizontally from one ledger to another. Sizes available are same as of the Ledgers. They enhance the load bearing capacity of the system.
CUPLOCK BRACE
To compliment the scaffolding system, there are numbers of purpose made modular fixed length Braces which are available. These types of Braces increase the productivity and the stability of the Scaffold and provides more strength to it. The compression and tension of the scaffold is divided on to these Braces.
ANTI SKID WALKWAY PLANKS
Steel Walkway is commonly known as steel Battens. Manufactured with and without Hooks as per application. They are available in different various lengths from 1.0 mtr. To 4.0mtr x 225mm wide. They serve as walkway and working platform at different levels and can be easily used with omega supports or ordinary ledgers.
ADJUSTABLE BASE/U-HEAD/ UNIVERSAL JACKS
Adjustable Jacks are manufactured in hollow steel tubes & steel round bars These jacks are generally used at the bottom of the scaffold which is known as Base Jack & the one used at the Top of the scaffold to hold the steel beam
CUPLOCK FITTINGS
TELESCOPIC PROPS
Adjustable Steel Props also known as Telescopic Steel Props are the most economic, ideal and very commonly used supporting device for all kinds of Formwork, Slabs, Beams, Walls and Columns. Our Props are specially made on Hydraulic Roll Threading Machine by which the life and load bearing capacity of the Props is greatly enhanced. We make Props of all sizes with various top supports depending upon customer’s requirement as shown in the picture.
JACKS
Adjustable Jacks are manufactured in hollow steel tubes & steel round bars. They are made on hydraulic roll threading machine for smooth & easy operation even during load. These jacks are generally used at the bottom of the scaffold which is known as Base Jack & the one used at the Top of the scaffold to hold the steel beam or wooden battens is known as Stirrup Head (U Head). With these jacks final adjustments in heights are made either from the top or bottom. Base Jack also helps in maintaining the level of the scaffold on uneven floors or fixed base plates can be used at the bottom.

COUPLERS
Various Couplers have been designed keeping in mind different applications. These couplers can be used with 40 nb / 50 nb Pipes to form a scaffold of whatever size and shape required.
